The Scriptures declare clearly that our God will supply all our needs according to His riches in glory through Christ Jesus. It is One of His Kingdom Operating Principles. The procedure to His principle involves our recognizing that which we have received from God and giving back to Him through His Storehouse that percentage which He requires. I will not here trace the development of God’s supply to its Old Testament beginning nor will I now follow its development all the way through the plain leadership of the Holy Spirit in the New Testament. Suffice it to say, still too many Christians are missing God’s supply due to their Biblical ignorance of the principle and obedience in its process practice.

 

For now, read Malachi 3: 7-10:

1. Believers are directed of God to bring 10% tithe and an offering of that which they received to the storehouse.

2. Believers were informed that to not do so was considered “robbing God.”

3. Believers were directed to do it.

4. Believers were challenged to “prove God” through the practice.

5. The promise of God was that He would—a. Open heavens windows, and b. pour out "a blessing” (singular) that there would be no room to receive.

6. Point 5 really ought to press you, my brother and sister, to seek clarity. Our God promises such an abundant supply that believers run out of room to receive it!!
